Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

A candidate's onboarding checklist is made up of several different pieces — an offer letter, tax forms, background check steps, e-signature documents, assessments — assembled by the system in whatever order it happens to generate them. That order rarely matched what actually made sense for the person going through it: an offer letter is the reason someone is there in the first place, and it shouldn't sit behind four unrelated forms.
