Occupational health, worked like the rest of the file.

Drug screens, physicals, TB, titers and vaccinations, ordered or collected per the facility's rules, read when they arrive, filed on the candidate with their expiry, and re-ordered before they lapse.

One placement, six health records

Built from the facility's rules. Worked in parallel.

Asked before ordered

If they already have it, nothing gets ordered.

A physical or a TB test starts with a question on the candidate's phone. A record they already hold is read, checked against the facility's rule, and taken off the order. Only what is missing gets scheduled.

Trusted sources

A drug screen counts from the lab, not the candidate.

A drug screen or a background check is accepted from your staff, the ATS, the lab or vendor, or the source itself. A candidate's own upload is held for a person, so a facility never receives a self-reported result.

To the last day

Every record has a date. The agents watch it.

Records inside the 90-day window are flagged and brought back into the file. An item the facility always requires is re-ordered before it lapses, so a thirteen-week assignment stays compliant through week thirteen.

Current on day one. Still current on the last day.

Questions

What occupational health requirements do the agents handle?

Drug screens, physical exams, TB screening (one-step, two-step and IGRA blood tests), titers (MMR, varicella, hepatitis B and others), immunization records, seasonal flu vaccination and respirator fit testing, each set by the facility's rules, the role and the season.

Does the candidate have to redo tests they already have?

No. For a physical or a TB test the candidate is asked whether they hold a current one, and a record that passes review clears the item. A drug screen is ordered for every placement unless your staff, the ATS or the lab already holds a current one.

Can a candidate upload their own drug screen?

They can upload it, but it never counts on its own. A drug screen or a background check is accepted only from your staff, the ATS, the lab or vendor, or the source itself, so a facility never receives a self-reported result.

How are results read?

Every lab report, titer result and vaccination card is read on arrival and checked against the rule: the dates, the values, the lot numbers and the issuer. Clear results are accepted and filed; equivocal or out-of-range results route to the right follow-up or to a person.

What happens when a record is about to expire?

Every record carries its expiry, and records inside the 90-day window are flagged and brought back into the file. For an item the facility always requires, a lapse before the assignment ends re-orders it automatically.

Does it work with our lab and our ATS?

Yes. Drug screens are ordered through your existing lab or screening vendor, and every accepted record is filed on the candidate and carried to Bullhorn or JobDiva with its expiry.
