Compliance research now looks beyond your own rulebook

The requirements engine can now flag a new regulation or accreditation standard your workspace hasn't written a rule for yet — citing the source — instead of staying silent until someone codifies it.

Historically, the requirements engine could only tell you about rules your team had already written down. A brand-new state paid-leave notice, or an accreditation standard your organization hasn't caught up to yet, had nowhere to surface — the system simply had no rule to point to, so it said nothing.

The requirements agent can now research current regulations and accreditation standards directly and flag ones that apply to a given placement, citing the statute, standard number, or source it found — even when no internal rule exists for it yet. Your own workspace rules still take precedence; this adds a second set of eyes that catches what hasn't been written down.
