Agentic credentialing, built into Salesforce.

A placement closes in Salesforce. The agents pull the candidate, the account and the start date, build the requirement list, prepare the offer letter, verify every credential, and write the finished file back to the object with status live on the record. Salesforce stays the system of record.

Placement in

Closed in Salesforce, picked up in seconds.

A Flow, a status change or an API call hands the agents the placement. They pull the candidate, account, facility and start date, build the requirement list for that client, and prepare the offer letter for signature.

Files both ways

Read what Salesforce holds. File what it was missing.

The agents fetch the files on the contact, read each one, verify it at the source, correct a stale expiry, and write every credential back to the object with its expiry, its status and the evidence file attached.

Activity back

Every conversation lands on the record.

Texts, emails and calls with the candidate, and every verification the agents complete, are logged as activity on the placement and the contact, so a recruiter sees the whole file without leaving Salesforce.

Salesforce keeps the record. The agents do the credentialing.

Live in an afternoon

Four steps. No rip-and-replace.

Connect

A connected app and an integration user. Ten minutes.

Scope

One record type, one team or one account. A Flow or a status change hands over the placement.

Shadow

The first files run beside your team. Nothing writes back until you say so.

Write back on

Credentials, files, activity and status flow to the object. Specialists direct from Salesforce.

Only need screening?

Screen your Salesforce roster against OIG, SAM and OFAC.

Everyone your saved Salesforce filter matches, searched at each list every month, the result page captured, a dated PDF filed back on the candidate. It runs on its own, with or without the rest of the credentialing work.

Questions

Does Credentialing Agents integrate with Salesforce?

Yes. Credentialing Agents connects to your Salesforce org through the Salesforce API with a connected app and an integration user. A Flow, a status change or an API call hands over a placement, and finished credentials, files, activity and status are written back to the placement and the contact. It works with the placement object your org already uses, whether a Salesforce-based ATS or your own.

How does credentialing work inside Salesforce?

A placement closes in Salesforce. The agents pull the candidate, account, facility and start date, build the full requirement list for that client (typically 30 to 50 items), match the files Salesforce already holds, prepare and send the offer letter, verify licenses and certifications at the source, order background checks, chase the candidate by text and email, route e-signatures, and write the result back with status live on the record. Your specialists review flags and judgment calls.

Where do credentials and documents go in Salesforce?

On the object you choose. Each verified credential is written back as a record related to the contact, with the expiry, the status and the evidence file attached, and a credentialing status field on the placement reads live. Other documents land in Files on the record; conversations and verifications are logged as activity.

What starts a credentialing file in Salesforce?

Whatever your org already does when a placement is won: a Flow that calls the webhook, a status change the agents poll for, or a direct API call from your own automation. Submittals and opportunities can start the pre-work early, and files can also start from a forwarded email or a one-line text.

Does Salesforce setup need an AppExchange package?

No. Setup is a connected app, an integration user with access to the placement and contact objects, and one Flow or webhook. It is done in an afternoon with no package to install, and the first files run in shadow beside your current process until you turn write-back on.

Can we screen our Salesforce roster against OIG, SAM and OFAC?

Yes. Hand the agents the contacts actively on contract, from a report, a list view or the API, and they are screened against OIG LEIE, SAM.gov and OFAC every month, with the result page captured and a dated PDF written back to the contact. It runs on its own, with or without the rest of the credentialing work.
