Question 1

What is Credentialing Agents?

Accepted Answer

Credentialing Agents is a team of autonomous AI agents that handles credentialing for healthcare staffing agencies end to end — from ATS placement to a compliant, signed-off, cleared-to-work file. The agents plan requirements, verify licenses at the source, run background checks, chase documents, and route e-signatures.

Question 2

How fast can a candidate be credentialed?

Accepted Answer

Days, not weeks. Agents work every requirement in parallel, around the clock — gathering requirements, applying conditional rules, verifying at primary sources, and following up with candidates by text and email.

Question 3

Which systems and vendors does it work with?

Accepted Answer

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Question 4

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no rip-and-replace: the agents operate your existing tools, vendors, and process. Trials run in shadow mode alongside your current workflow, and your system of record never moves.

Question 5

Can we run it ourselves, or is it a managed service?

Accepted Answer

Both. As a platform, your specialists direct the agents inside your ATS. Or fully managed: send the placement and a supervised team of agents returns a compliant, signed-off file, cleared to work — priced per credentialed clinician.

Question 6

How is autonomous credentialing kept safe and compliant?

Accepted Answer

Full autonomy with full accountability: every decision is traced and explainable, every AI call carries a confidence score, humans review irreversible steps with custom checkpoints anywhere, any agent can be paused instantly, and data stays private — encrypted, least-privilege, never used to train external models.
