Exclusion screening with the evidence attached.

A database lookup says you checked. The agents search OIG, SAM.gov and OFAC at the source, capture the result page, keep a recording of the search, and file one dated PDF per list on the candidate's record in your ATS. Every month, for everyone on contract.

Possible match

Clear files itself. A match finds a person.

A possible match is never cleared automatically. It goes to your team with the rows the list returned, the identifying details side by side, and the recording of the search. The decision files with the evidence.

From your ATS

Everyone on contract, every month.

Save the filter that means on contract in Bullhorn or JobDiva: a division, a team, a client. New people are screened the day they appear. The monthly run lands on the 11th, the day after OIG publishes its update.

Back to the ATS

Filed on the candidate, reported to you.

Each clear result goes onto the candidate's record as a dated credential with its PDF, in Bullhorn as a certification, in JobDiva onto the documents. One report per run says who was screened and who needs a look.

A lookup says you checked. A captured page shows what you saw.

Three ways in

On its own, inside a file, or from the API.

From your ATS roster

Connect Bullhorn or JobDiva, save the filter that means on contract, pick the lists, switch it on. Nothing else changes.

Inside a credentialing file

When a client requirement asks for OIG, SAM or OFAC evidence, the file raises the checks itself and the documents land on the requirement.

From the API

A name in; a verdict per list, the captures, the recording and the PDF out, by poll or signed webhook.

Questions

What is evidence-based OIG, SAM and OFAC screening?

Screening where every check carries proof of what was searched and what the list showed. The agents run the search on the OIG LEIE, SAM.gov and OFAC sites themselves, capture the result page, keep a recording of the session, and file one dated PDF per list with the subject, the list version, the verdict and the captured page. A vendor lookup or a spreadsheet row shows that a check happened; the capture shows what the list said that day.

Does it cover SAM.gov and OFAC as well as the OIG LEIE?

Yes. Each list is searched at its own source and filed as its own document: OIG LEIE Exclusion Search, SAM.gov Exclusion Search and OFAC Sanctions Search. A document claims only the list it searched, so a reviewer reads an OIG file as an OIG search and nothing more. State Medicaid exclusion lists are available on request.

How often is the roster screened?

Monthly, on the 11th by default, the day after OIG publishes its LEIE update, so the run searches the fresh list. A person who appears on the roster is screened the day they appear. A person whose placements have all ended, or who leaves your saved filter, stops being screened.

Who gets screened?

Everyone your ATS filter matches. Build the filter that means actively on contract in your Bullhorn or JobDiva account (a division, a team, a client, a status) and switch it on. A nurse on three contracts is one person and one check per list a month.

Where does the evidence go?

On the candidate. Each clear result is filed as a credential on the person's record and carried to the ATS by the credential sync, in Bullhorn as a certification under your certification mapping, in JobDiva onto the candidate's documents. One report email per run lists who was screened, who needs a look, and links every result page.

What happens on a possible match?

A person decides. A possible match is never cleared automatically and never filed as clear. It is routed to your team with the captured rows from the list, the identifying details to compare, and the recording of the search, and the decision is recorded with the evidence.

Can we use it without the rest of Credentialing Agents?

Yes. Connect your ATS, pick the lists, and switch it on. No credentialing migration and no change to your process. The same checks are also raised automatically inside a full credentialing file when a requirement asks for exclusion screening, and they are available as an API: a name in, a verdict with the captures and the PDF out.

Is the recording kept?

The recording of each search is stored on our own storage for 90 days and linked from the result. The captured page and the PDF are kept with the credential for as long as the record exists.
