Your AI caller now knows when it's talking to a voicemail — and when it isn't

The voice agent detects voicemail, call screening, and phone menus in real time, leaves a proper message instead of talking over a greeting, and no longer hangs up on a live person mid-conversation.

An AI agent that can't tell a voicemail from a person makes two bad calls: it talks over an answering machine, or it hangs up on a real candidate. Both happened. We fixed both.

The voice agent now reads two signals together — carrier-level detection and the live conversation itself — to tell a voicemail, a call-screening app, a phone menu, and a real person apart, in real time. It leaves a short, careful voicemail when nobody picks up, identifies itself in one sentence to a screening app instead of pitching a robot to it, and stays on the line with a real person instead of guessing wrong and hanging up mid-conversation.

It's also better prepared before it dials: the agent now pulls up what's outstanding on a candidate's file a second before the call connects, instead of researching out loud while the candidate waits on a silent line.
