Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

Connect with confidence. Choose Production or Staging, then use Test Connection to confirm your credentials work before you save. If a problem was fixed, the old error message clears on its own, so your integrations list always tells the truth.
One click to start a check. A recruiter clicks Initiate and the candidate receives an invitation from Checkr. Checkr collects the sensitive personal details and background-check consent in its own hosted flow, so that data never has to pass through your team.
Results come back automatically. When Checkr completes the report, the result lands on the candidate's file. Reports that need a decision are flagged for a specialist to adjudicate.
Guardrails built in. If a required detail such as the work state is missing, the order is stopped up front instead of leaving a half-created check behind.
