Custom columns made dashboards more useful, but only the built-in columns could actually filter the list — so a view built around what matters to your agency was harder to narrow down than the default one.

Every column now carries its own filter, reachable from its header, and active filters show as removable chips so you can see and clear them at a glance — including on a phone, where the table header itself isn't shown.
