How fast can a candidate be credentialed?

Days, not weeks. Agents work every requirement in parallel, around the clock — gathering requirements, applying conditional rules, verifying at primary sources, and following up with candidates by text and email.

Which systems and vendors does it work with?

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

No. There is no rip-and-replace: the agents operate your existing tools, vendors, and process. Trials run in shadow mode alongside your current workflow, and your system of record never moves.

Can we run it ourselves, or is it a managed service?

Drop a file in chat and it's filed everywhere it's needed

Documents shared in the workspace chat are now filed into the clinician's vault and matched to every open placement that needs them.

A clinician's license shouldn't sit in a chat thread while the checklist says it's still missing.

Chat uploads go to the right place. When staff share a candidate's document in the workspace assistant or planner chat, it is read, identified and filed into that clinician's vault, with duplicates and versions handled for you.

One upload, every placement. Anything filed to the vault, whether by chat, Smart Upload or your ATS, is now matched against all of that clinician's open placements. A verified RN license in the vault now completes the RN license step too.

Smarter license records. Licenses are tracked one per state, multistate (compact) licenses are recognized, and expired copies are never matched to a requirement. Fewer false "no active license" flags means fewer unnecessary follow-ups.
