How fast can a candidate be credentialed?

Days, not weeks. Agents work every requirement in parallel, around the clock — gathering requirements, applying conditional rules, verifying at primary sources, and following up with candidates by text and email.

Which systems and vendors does it work with?

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

No. There is no rip-and-replace: the agents operate your existing tools, vendors, and process. Trials run in shadow mode alongside your current workflow, and your system of record never moves.

Can we run it ourselves, or is it a managed service?

Credentials pushed to Bullhorn now show up as certifications, not just files

Credentials synced to Bullhorn now create a real Certification record, not just an attached file, so they show up where your recruiters already look.

Sending a credential to Bullhorn used to mean attaching a file to the candidate — useful, but invisible to anything in Bullhorn that reports on or filters by certification. Credentials now sync as an actual Bullhorn Certification record alongside the file, matched to the right certification type in your Bullhorn catalog. If a matching certification type doesn't exist yet, we can create it for you.

We also closed a gap where a certification that originated in Bullhorn could get duplicated by a later sync — so a document that came from Bullhorn stays a single, clean record instead of multiplying.
