A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

The onboarding flow candidates complete after a magic link now has a phone-first design: bigger inputs, a clear step count, and a documents screen that shows exactly what's still needed and confirms every upload.

Most candidates complete onboarding on a phone, and the old flow was built for a desktop screen — small text links, a cramped header, inputs that triggered awkward zooming on iOS, and no clear sign that an upload had actually gone through.

The flow now opens with a clean header showing the step you're on, a single progress line, and a bottom bar sized for a thumb. The documents screen shows a flat “still needed” list with one clear add button per item, moves completed items out of the way, and gives real feedback — including the actual reason a file was rejected — instead of leaving candidates guessing whether anything happened.
