Exclusion screening that checks every name and every record
Screening now searches name variants, checks each OIG match against date of birth, and starts on its own.
Exclusion screening is only as good as its coverage. We made it more thorough.
Every name a person may be listed under. Hyphenated surnames, spacing variants, maiden or other names on file: the agent plans the likely variants and searches each one separately. Clinicians can optionally add a middle name and other last names on their details form.
Every OIG match is ruled out with a reason. When a search lists records, the agent opens each one and compares the date of birth. A real match is flagged for a person to confirm, and a clear result lists every record that was checked and why it was ruled out.
Fewer stalled checks. Screening runs now start on their own from any entry point, and steps no longer get stranded waiting for reports.
Clearer reports. One page per name searched, with its screenshot and every record's result beneath it.
Benefit: fewer missed exclusions, fewer false alarms for your team, and screening files that stand up to an audit.
