Every credential now tracks its own expiration date

Documents and requirements carry a validity date, with automatic alerts before coverage lapses.

Compliance risk used to hide in a filing cabinet. Now it shows up on the dashboard before it becomes a problem.

Every document attached to an operation carries a validity date, and every requirement knows exactly when its coverage runs out. The credentialing dashboard surfaces this automatically: an amber "Expires" chip when a requirement is heading toward its deadline, a rose "Expired" chip once it has lapsed, and a one-line "1 expired · 2 expiring" summary on every operation that needs a look.

A nightly check keeps the picture current on its own. Wallet credentials move from active to expiring soon to expired without anyone having to check by hand, and staff can still correct a date manually when needed, with a full record of who changed it and why.

Know what's expiring before it costs you a placement.
