Which systems and vendors does it work with?

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

No. There is no rip-and-replace: the agents operate your existing tools, vendors, and process. Trials run in shadow mode alongside your current workflow, and your system of record never moves.

Every workspace now has a saveable contact card, an email signature and a trackable link, so the next call or text shows a name candidates recognize.

Clinicians ignore unknown numbers. When your AI agent or credentialing desk reaches out, the first hurdle is being recognized.

A contact card for every workspace

Candidates can save your team to their phone in one tap. Afterward, calls and texts show as, for example, "Ash @ Your Company Credentialing" instead of a random number.

A ready-made email signature

Copy a formatted signature from Workspace Settings and paste it into Gmail or Outlook. It includes a Save our contact card link, a Submit your documents link, and your call-or-text number.

A personal link for each candidate

Send a short link by text or email. On iPhone and Android it opens the Add to Contacts screen by itself, with your logo and tappable phone and email. Staff can copy the link from a contact's Links tab and see how many times it was viewed and whether it was saved.

Link scanners and email previews are not counted as saves, so your numbers reflect real candidates.
