The dashboard now shows what needs attention first
A new sort ranks operations by urgency — blocked and overdue work first — and adding or editing a requirement is now one form instead of two.
Sorting operations by start date told you what was coming up, not what was actually stuck. A candidate starting in a month with a rejected background check needed attention today; one starting Monday at 95% complete didn't.
The new Needs attention sort ranks operations by what's actually blocking progress: failed or blocked steps first, then overdue work, then everything in progress by how soon the candidate starts. The top of the list is always where your team should look first.
Adding and editing a requirement on the Dashboard 2 board is also simpler now: one form handles both, with a one-click way to mark something complete, waive it, or mark it not applicable — and a plain-language note explaining the difference (waived means it applies but you're excusing it; not applicable means it never applied here).
