Clinicians on assignment now have their own dashboard and requirement registry

A new Active Compliance module tracks clinicians after they start work — a dedicated dashboard, a standardized set of roughly 85 requirement types, and automatic phase transitions from submittal to placement to active compliance.

Credentialing doesn't stop the day a clinician starts work — background checks expire, licenses renew, certifications need refreshing. Until now, that ongoing tracking lived in the same view as pre-placement onboarding, which made it hard to tell what still needed a decision from what was just steady-state monitoring.

Active Compliance gives clinicians already on assignment their own dashboard, with customizable columns and saved views built for how a compliance team actually works. Every operation now moves through three clear phases — Submittal, Placement, and Active Compliance — and transitions automatically as work progresses, instead of staff tracking phase by hand.

Underneath it, a canonical registry of roughly 85 requirement types across nursing, allied health, and locums roles keeps tracking standardized — the same requirement means the same thing, operation to operation, so reporting and audits hold up.

Thirty minutes, one placement, worked live — start to submit-ready.
