Occupational health, ordered once: one clinic visit, one confirmed order
Drug screen, physical, TB, immunizations and fit test are now handled as a single order, with an Occupational Health Agent doing the legwork and your specialist confirming.
Occupational health is rarely one task. It is five or six, scattered across clinicians, clinics and portals. We now treat it as what it really is: one clinic visit, one order.
One order per round. Drug screen, physical, TB, immunizations and fit test are bundled. The clinician is asked once about each item, a draft order is built from their answers and their existing records, and a person on your team confirms it before anything is placed.
An Occupational Health Agent does the chasing. It decides which items still need an answer, shapes the draft, places the order through your workspace's vendor portal sign-in, follows up with the clinician, and records results item by item as they come back.
Your specialist stays in control. From one panel, your team can confirm an order, edit it until the vendor has it, or switch vendors. Changes are carried through to the placement automatically, and nothing is lost if the order changes.
What the clinician says is remembered. Answers such as a positive TB history are kept on the requirement, the order and the clinic brief, so nobody has to ask twice.
Benefit: fewer calls to candidates, fewer duplicate clinic visits, and a faster path from offer to cleared-to-start.
