How fast can a candidate be credentialed?

Days, not weeks. Agents work every requirement in parallel, around the clock — gathering requirements, applying conditional rules, verifying at primary sources, and following up with candidates by text and email.

Which systems and vendors does it work with?

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

No. There is no rip-and-replace: the agents operate your existing tools, vendors, and process. Trials run in shadow mode alongside your current workflow, and your system of record never moves.

Every license is now tracked as a record with its renewals, board checks and evidence, with a dedicated hub for your team.

A license is not just a PDF in a folder. It is a standing that changes over time. We rebuilt licensure around that idea.

One record per license. Each license keeps its renewal history, the documents that back it up, and every dated check against the issuing source. Nothing is overwritten, so you can always see what was known and when.

Searches that start on their own. When a placement needs a license we hold nothing for, a search opens automatically. It checks your vault first, waits for an ATS import if one is on the way, then looks at primary sources such as Propelus, Nursys QuickConfirm, the state board website and the NPI registry.

An identity reviewer before anything is confirmed. If a board record is found by name alone, an AI reviewer reads the record, the screenshot and the clinician's file, then confirms it, rejects it, or flags it for a person with exactly what to check.

A Licenses hub for your team. One place with tabs for items needing a person, searches in progress, re-checks and all licenses. Each license has its own page with the board record, history and screenshots beside the verdict.
