Expired documents stay out, and every document gets a verdict
Smarter first-time ATS imports, built-in expiration rules for 31 document types, and a guarantee that no document review silently disappears.
In credentialing, one expired or unreviewed document can put a placement, and a compliance audit, at risk. We tightened three places where it could slip through.
Imports check before they attach. When a clinician's files first arrive from your ATS, they are verified and checked for expiry in the vault first, and only then matched to requirements. Expired files are no longer attached to a step, and a file with identical content is never re-reviewed over and over. Candidates also no longer get asked for documents that are still arriving.
Expiration rules out of the box. New workspaces start with sensible default expiration rules for 31 document types that don't print their own expiry, such as TB tests, physicals, drug screens, fit tests and background searches. Your team can write its own rule or opt out for any type, and every decision shows which rule was used.
Every review leaves a verdict. Each document now ends with a clear outcome: approved, rejected, or flagged "Needs a human" with the reason. If a review is interrupted, the system retries it for hours rather than leaving a file stuck "In progress."
Benefit: fewer stalled files, fewer false approvals, and a record you can defend in an audit.
