A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

Consent status, visible right in the inbox

Staff can now see at a glance when a contact has opted out of texts or email — right inside the conversation — and jump between a contact's profile and their message history in one click.

An opted-out contact used to look just like anyone else in the inbox — the only place that reflected an unsubscribe was a separate profile page, far from where staff actually work. Now every conversation carries a clear "SMS unsubscribed" or "Email unsubscribed" badge, and the message composer disables that channel outright rather than letting staff draft a message that would silently fail to send.

Navigating between a contact and their conversation is also faster: click a name in the inbox to jump straight to their profile, or click "Open in inbox" from a profile to land right in their thread — even if no conversation exists yet.
