More of your Bullhorn and JobDiva documents now sync automatically
The Bullhorn integration now pulls certification files from a candidate's Certifications tab, not just their general Files tab — and credentials pushed to JobDiva are automatically filed under the right attachment type.
Two gaps in document syncing meant files that already existed in your ATS weren't making it across cleanly. Bullhorn certification attachments — living on a candidate's Certifications tab rather than their general Files tab — weren't being picked up at all. And credentials pushed out to JobDiva could land without a category, which JobDiva accepts silently, leaving the file effectively unfiled.
Both are fixed. Certification attachments now sync in from Bullhorn alongside general files, and credentials pushed to JobDiva are automatically matched to the correct attachment type from that account's own catalog — so documents land where your team expects to find them.
