When a candidate declares their education, Wolf opens a verification request per degree directly with the National Student Clearinghouse, checks on it in the background until an answer comes back — schools can take days to research a request — and attaches a proof document to the candidate's file the moment it resolves. Anything that gets stuck along the way is logged and visible, instead of silently sitting in a queue.
