Choose exactly which Bullhorn fields flow into credentialing
Admins can now hand-pick, rename, and add instructions to the Bullhorn custom fields that import into every credentialing draft, instead of an all-or-nothing sync.
Every Bullhorn account carries its own custom fields — internal notes, client-specific flags, region codes. Previously, all of it imported into every credentialing draft whether it was useful or not, with no way to tell the system what a field actually meant.
Admins can now open Edit Fields from the ATS Drafts page, see the live list of custom fields pulled straight from Bullhorn — for candidates, placements, job orders, and client accounts — and choose which ones matter. Fields can be renamed for clarity and given specific instructions for the credentialing agent, like a short note on how to read a value.
This update also fixes a quiet bug where Bullhorn's field catalog wasn't returning correctly for some accounts, so custom fields weren't being picked up at all. Any workspace affected by that will see its fields discovered correctly now.
