Which systems and vendors does it work with?

The agents work inside the stack a staffing team already runs: ATS/CRM systems such as Bullhorn and JobDiva, background-check providers, primary-source verification with state boards and registries, reference checks, drug and health screening, e-signature, and two-way email and SMS. A built-in browser and computer handle portals with no API.

Do we have to replace our current credentialing process?

A streamlined new look for the operation page

A cleaner, faster alternate view of the operation page — instant search across every requirement, rejection reasons and expirations visible without extra clicks — is now available alongside the classic view.

The classic operation page has grown a column for every fact over time — an expiring document was a hover-only dot, and a rejection reason took three clicks to find. We've been previewing a redesigned view with clients, and it's now available for staff to try on any operation.

The new layout keeps each requirement row down to what actually matters: a status color on the left edge instead of its own column, an expiration date shown inline only when there is one, and every rejection reason surfaced right under the title instead of buried in a modal. A search box instantly filters every requirement as you type — by name, category, vendor, even the text of a note — with no page reload. A one-click "Classic view" link always gets you back to the familiar layout.
