Your path to working agents

Five steps, from one task to working agents.

  1. Choose what to delegate

Tell us where work slows down and what your team wants agents to handle.

  2. Define the scope

Together, we agree on the work, the expected volume and the software your agents will use.

  3. Review your plan

A proposal covering agent responsibilities, human checkpoints, deployment steps and success criteria.

  4. Agree on annual volume

Your annual contract covers a committed volume, with agreed overage rates where applicable.

  5. See the agents work

Your annual fee becomes payable when the agents first successfully demonstrate the agreed work.

Security and oversight

Built in, and yours to inspect.

Operational and security reviewers get the controls in writing: the SOC 2 Type II report and its scope, hosting and model providers, data-use terms, retention, access controls and audit evidence.

How oversight works
  • SOC 2 Type IIExamined controls, with the report and its scope available for your security review.
  • Encrypted dataEncrypted in transit and at rest on private cloud infrastructure, with full logging.
  • Role-based accessLeast-privilege access: each agent and each person sees only what the work requires.
  • Traceable actionsEvery verification records the source, the date, who performed it and the result.
  • Human checkpointsReview checkpoints wherever your policies require them, with pause and correction at any step.
  • Your decisionsCredentialing and privileging decisions stay with your organization. Agents prepare the evidence.
  • Data useYour data is never used to train external models.

Questions

What do Credentialing Agents do for a hospital medical staff office?

They take on delegated credentialing work: license, DEA and NPI verification, OIG and SAM screening, reference outreach, applications and missing documents, agreement signatures, and expiration and recredentialing follow-up. The agents understand the task, determine the next steps within your policies, carry them out, and bring exceptions and evidence to your specialists for review.

Do the agents make credentialing or privileging decisions?

No. The agents do operational work and prepare evidence. Credential verification, clinical privileging decisions and payer enrollment stay distinct, and your organization retains every decision. A completed check never grants privileges or establishes a right to bill a payer.

How do the agents handle OIG and SAM screening?

Agents run routine checks against the OIG exclusions list and SAM and record each result with the date and source. A potential match is never cleared automatically. It is flagged with the evidence for your team to resolve through your verification process.

Which software do the agents work in?

The agents work across the software agreed for the work you delegate: your credentialing system, email, provider portals, state board and federal sites, and phone and text. Supported software, access and deployment steps are defined in your proposal before anything goes live.

How is the engagement priced?

An annual contract covers a committed volume of work, with agreed overage rates where applicable. The proposal defines the pricing unit, how retries and third-party fees are treated, and what counts as a successful demonstration.

When does the annual fee become payable?

When the agents first successfully demonstrate the agreed work. The demonstration, its inputs, the required evidence and who confirms success are all defined in the proposal before it takes place.

What can our security team review?

The SOC 2 Type II report and its scope, hosting and model-provider information, data-use terms, retention and deletion policy, access controls, audit evidence and incident response. Your data is never used to train external models.

How do we start?

Start with one task. Tell us where files slow down, and we will show an agent working that task with the evidence it returns and the point where a specialist steps in. Delegate more as demand grows.

Tell us what you'd like to delegate.

Bring one task to a demonstration. See how an agent chooses the next steps, the evidence it returns and where your specialist steps in.
